Fusilli made with 100% organic raw lentil flour and the only addition of water. Bronze-drawn, dried for at least 14 hours. High protein content, high fibre content, very low salt content. Naturally free of gluten and cholesterol, it has a low glycaemic index and a lower glycaemic load than wheat pasta.
